The Accommodation Agency was established in 1969 and specialises in rented accommodation.  We are one of the leading companies in the area in this field. 

Our aim is to act as a filter so that you only acquire the type of tenant suitable for yourself and your property.

The agency deals with the letting of bedsits, flats and houses, unfurnished, part furnished or fully furnished.

We manage over 300 properties and liaise with a number of companies when looking for suitable tenants.

We offer two main services.  Lettings only and full management although we pride ourselves on a flexible approach and can cater for the individuals requirements.

Letting Service    

This service guides a landlord through the initial stage of letting the property to the point where the keys are handed over to the tenants.  After which the landlord would “look after” or manage the property themselves.

Management Service

Many landlords are not available to deal with the day to day running of their property, many prefer to stay in the background or may be living abroad.  In which case our management service is ideal.  The initial letting of the property would include the services as per our “letting only” service.

Over the years, we have established a good working relationship with many local contractors to enable us to provide a cost effective and professional service to our landlords.  However, we would also be happy to deal direct with contractors of your choice if required.
